To be able to quote you- Please let me know the design, material, size that you require. Usually your cake maker will be able to let you know the size of the cake tier they will be making. If you are not sure, i am here to help you. Please contact me.

Once a Deposit or Full Payment is made it usually takes 1-2 days for the design and then 1-2 days for production. Courier days/times will be notified. "Urgent" Production- addtional fee might apply Gift boxes- 1-2 weeks for production unless an arranagement is in place. Each order, the time frame will be provided.

I will try my best to pack your order as quick as possible, photos of the finished item and packaging will be sent to the customer. If the item is not as the photo or it is damaged on delivery, please make contact with us asap and i will try and help you to resolve the issue. If payment was made for tracking then the tracking number will be provided, please visit the Australia Post or Courier Provider for the tracking details. Once the items leaves my hands i take no responsibility but i will try my best to help you. Due to current situation- please expect longer postage time. we recommend upgrading to express post. Yes, Pick up is available from the Cheltenham office during the opening day/times. unless a prior arrangment is discussed. Please come at the arranged appointment day and time, upon arrival please fill out the in and out form. Wear a mask and please use the hand sanitiser provided.
