SHIPPING POLICY

Handling Time-

A quote is valid for 3 days.

Once a deposit or full payment is paid it is

3-4 Days for production, unless another arrangement is made.

Pick up is available from the Cheltenham office- at a specified day and time.

(Covid Plan in place.)-

Please wear a mask, check in using the QR code, fill out the in and out form and use the hand sanitiser provided.

REFUND POLICY

All items are custom made.

Once the deposit or full payment is made, a design is then sent to the customer within 24 hours.

Approval is required before cutting. Once the final design is made the photo is then sent to the customer before packing and posting.

If it is to be posted packaging photos are also sent to the customer.

A partial or full refund is given on special circumstances.

If tracking is provided, please check the Australia post or Courier site for the item location, sometimes there might be a delay.

If the parcel has not arrived within the allocated time frame or has arrived damaged or not as described, please contact us asap so that we have a chance to resolve the issue.

If the item has been received damaged, please do not throw the packaging away, please take a photo and contact us to process a claim with Aus post or the courier service, on occasion we might request for you to take damaged goods to your local post office to process a claim.
